what great looks like

Think about the best team you've ever been part of: People spoke up. Disagreements happened and got resolved. Hard things got said — and the team got stronger for it.
That's what psychological safety looks like in practice.
It's built, conversation by conversation, through the way leaders show up every day.
Most leaders want that for their teams. But when pressure builds, old patterns kick in — conversations get avoided, conflict goes underground, and leaders end up firefighting instead of leading.

what we cover

Not your traditional training - an immersive experience.

When everyone works from the same understanding, the culture shifts faster.

This is for leaders and teams where you want a shared language, shared tools, and a shared commitment to showing up differently.

1

Psychological Safety

What it actually means — and how it's built through behaviour, that aligns to policy

2

Navigating Conversations

How to have honest, productive conversations - even when the topic is uncomfortable.

3

Future-Fit Leadership

Shifting from reactive to connected - leading with courage, curiosity and connection.

The starter package

Leadership is rarely tested in a training room. It is tested in difficult conversations, periods of uncertainty, and the everyday moments that shape culture and performance. That's why this package includes a follow-up session — designed to support you where leadership is actually practised.

Two parts: Half-day workshop + 90 minute follow-up

What's covered?

  • Psychological safety - what it is and how to build it
  • How our brain and bodies responds under pressure
  • Communication patterns that build or break trust
  • A practical framework for navigating difficult conversations
  • A Tiny Experiment to start using straight away

What you leave with:

  • One concrete behaviour change to try
  • A shared language for your team
  • Confidence to keep the conversation going

Part One:

4 Hour face to face Workshop

The core experience. Practical, honest, and grounded in real-world application. You'll leave with new understanding and tools you can use straight away.

Part Two:

90 minute online follow-up

This is where insight becomes action. We come back together to work through what's shifted, what's been hard, and what to try next.
Each participant designs one Tiny Experiment — a small, specific behaviour change to test in their team. No big overhauls. Just one thing, tried deliberately, with intention.
  • LEADERS & MANAGERS

If you're in survival mode, this is how you make the shift to leading with curiosity, trust, and confidence. Research shows that when leaders' behaviour contradicts what's being taught, development fails. This is about doing the work yourself — not just sending your team.

  • WHOLE TEAMS

When everyone works from the same understanding, the culture shifts faster. This is for teams where you want a shared language, shared tools, and a shared commitment to showing up differently.

participants say:

"A well delivered, practical workshop every person who has conversations should attend at least once"
"Great session with not just the theory, but practical use of items discussed!"
"Upfront, professional, high quality quick learning"
